It sets a new standard for flexible packaging by combining superior performance with genuine environmental responsibility.

 


Sustainable Design Highlights

✅ Over 90% mono-material construction using high-purity polypropylene (PP) to enhance recyclability and support closed-loop resource recovery

Solvent-free lamination utilizing advanced aliphatic adhesives, ensuring maximum safety for food and pharmaceutical applications while reducing environmental impact

Water-based gravure printing technology engineered to significantly minimize VOC emissions, supporting safer working environments and cleaner production

✅ Developed in full accordance with circular economy best practices—fully compatible with D4ACE and Ceflex guidelines to facilitate efficient recycling and future-proof packaging solutions

Performance Properties

Barrier Protection: Utilizes a high-performance AlOx middle film that delivers outstanding barrier to oxygen and moisture, ensuring lasting product freshness and extended shelf life in demanding applications.

Seal Strength: Engineered for maximum hot tack and superior seal integrity, this pouch minimizes the risk of leakage, even under rigorous filling and handling conditions, supporting product safety and process efficiency.

Printability: Optimized surface is fully compatible with high-definition gravure printing on BOPP substrates, enabling vibrant, detailed graphics and clear branding to enhance consumer engagement at the point of sale.

Processability: Innovatively designed for industrial efficiency, the pouch can be laminated in a single pass on Nordmeccanica’s advanced solventless machinery, supporting streamlined production while maintaining consistent quality and environmental compliance.
